The first communist party cell of Mekong Delta was born in Phu Rieng commune, Phuoc Long District. Geography:
Binh Phuoc is on south of Vietnam. It is surrounded by Cambodia on the north and north-west, Dak Nong and Lam Dong provinces on the east, Dong Nai and Binh Duong provinces on the south and Tay Ninh Province on the west. Binh Phuoc has plenty of forests. The bazan land is convenient for industrial trees such as rubber, coffee, cashew nut, and pepper. The main rivers are Saigon, Be, and Dong Nai.

There are no cold winters. The annual average temperature is 27ºC. The rainy season lasts from May to October and the dry season lasts from November to April next year. The annual average rainfall is 2,110mm.

To sum up, Binh Phuoc Province has been considered as a cashew plane for a long time. So, every cashew product from Binh Phuoc is always great. There are varieties of cashew product there such as cashew cake and dried cashew salty. In all of them, I prefer the cashew cake due to this cake is not only scrumptious but also it is very beautiful which is nice for decorating big cake.
