50gr dried green rice flakes – Buy at Vietnamese Markets
150ml fresh milk cream
150ml fresh milk (no sugar)
3 tablespoons condensed milk
1 bunch pandan leaves
½ teaspoon salt
Mould for making ice-cream (Choose any shape you want)
Process:
Step 1: Clean green rice flakes, soak until they are soft. Separate into 2 equal parts.
Step 2: Clean pandan leaves, grind well with a little salt, use your hand to press to get pandan water.
