1 – 2 mangoes
2 tablespoons clear tapioca pearls
Milk ice-cream ingredients: 2 yolks, 80g white sugar, 60g corn starch, 400ml fresh milk (no sugar), 100ml whipping cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup.

Process:

Step 1:
