300g scad fish
1 sliced pineapple (100g)
Fish sauce, salt, chili, pepper, Magi’s stuff
Step 1: Clean and slice scad fish into short pieces. Marinate with ½ teaspoon salt and wait in 30 – 60 minutes.
Step 2: Clean and slice tomatoes into fiber. Clean, cut off the eyes of pineapple, slice small.
Step 3: Heat the oil, fry sliced fish until their faces turn brown yellow. Put on plate added paper napkin to absorb wasted oil. Here is the important step to create one of amazing Vietnamese Fish Recipes.
Step 4: Heat again 2 teaspoons oil, add more sliced garlic and fry until it is fragrant. Next, add more sliced tomatoes and fry quickly until it is soft.
