Only need 30 minutes for cooking one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes like this one. How do you feel? Are you ready for making it with us? When you do want to cook, please follow our instructions below and let us together start cooking right now.

3 – 4 eggs
150g sour vegetable (dưa chua) – buy at Vietnamese Markets
Salt, Maggi’s stuff, spring onion, olive oil, pepper and garlic.

Step 1: Clean well sour vegetable to reduce the sourness from it. Slice small.

Step 2: Break the eggs, stir well. Add more ½ teaspoon salt, a little pepper and stir well again.
Step 3: Heat the oil, add minced garlic and fry until it is fragrant. Then, add more sliced sour vegetable and fry quickly in 5 minutes with large heat. Here is the first step to create one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes. Even it is not difficult, but you should not neglect when making.
Step 4: Next, add more stirred egg into pan, fry with sour vegetable until they combine together.
Step 5: Season again to suit your flavor with salt, pepper, sugar and Maggi’s stuff. Turn off the heat.
Finally, your dish is ready served. Before serving, sprinkle a little sliced spring onion on face to increase the flavor of this food. Using with boiled rice and the soup I told above is perfect. Hope you love it and do not miss Vegetables Soup with Grinded Pork which is one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes as well. Good Luck for your Cooking.
