Grilled Silver Shrimps with Butter and Garlic (Tôm Nướng Bơ Tỏi) will be my snack meal in this Saturday. Come from Easy Vietnamese Recipes, you do not need much time for cooking but you still can create an amazing dish for yourself, family and friends. The combination between garlic and butter in shrimps will create a fantastic flavour in your mouth.
Eating with salad and special sauce is the way I will show you today. When you do want to discover one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes like this one, feel free to follow my instruction below and let us start cooking right now, ok?
Ingredients:
500g silver shrimps
2 – 3 small brands garlic
30g butter (no salt)
Salt, Magi’s stuff, pepper, lime
Process:
Step 1: Cut off the head and legs of shrimps. Use knife to cut one line on each shrimp’s back. Pull out the black line on their backs. Clean well and wait to get dry.
Step 2: Peel off the cover of garlic, mince well.
Step 3: Melt butter, mix it with minced garlic + 1 teaspoon salt + ½ teaspoon Magi’ stuff + a little pepper.
Step 4: Use wood sticks to stick every single shrimp carefully. Use small brush to spread mixture in step 3 on shrimps, wait about 15 minutes. Here is the important step to create the flavour for one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes.
Step 5: Put all shrimps on grilling tray, bring to grill at 180 degree about 6 – 8 minutes. Or you can grill on fired coal if you want to eat its true special flavour from this dish.
Finally, you can serve one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes. Serving with special sauce is my first choice. Mix salt, pepper and lime water to create this sauce. How do you feel? It is really interesting, right? Hope you have a good appetite and Good Luck for your Cooking. Happy Weekend, everyone.
