Butter Biscuits with Cinnamon (Bánh Quy Bơ Quế)

Ingredients:
100gr butter (no salt), melted
250gr wheat flour
50gr tapioca flour
100gr sugar
50ml fresh milk
1 yolk, 1 teaspoon cinnamon flour
1 teaspoon blooming flour
½ teaspoon salt
Mould for cutting biscuit after grilled.
Process:
Step 1: Mix well wheat flour + tapioca flour + salt + blooming flour + cinnamon flour together on bowl.
Step 2: Pour melted butter on bowl, add more sugar and stir well to make sure all sugar is melted by stirring machine.
Step 3: Add yolk into mixture (in step 2) and continue stirring about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Add slowly fresh milk and mixture flour (in step 1) into mixture of butter and egg. Use stirring machine or wood spoon to mix well.
