Ingredients:

1 teaspoon jelly flour (7gr)
2 slices pineapple
400ml water
50gr white sugar
½ vanilla pipe (1/2 teaspoon vanilla)
Flower mould.

Process:

Step 1: Cut off the eyes of pineapple, slice into small cubes.

Step 2: Mix jelly flour + water + sugar into small pot and use spoon to stir well until sugar and jelly flour are melted. Wait abut 15 – 20 minutes.

Step 3: Here is the important step to create the flavor for one of amazing Vietnamese Dessert Recipes. Put pot (in step 2) on cooking stove again. Cook with small heat. Remember you shoul not stop stirring to make sure jelly will not be stuck on the bottom. Cook about 2 minutes and then add sliced pineapple into pot. Season to suit your flavor with sugar. Cook more 2 minutes, turn off the heat and add vanilla into mixture of jelly.

Step 4: Use spoon to scoop jelly mixture (in step 3) into mould, wait to get cool and put in fridge until they congeal.

    Try MyFridgeFood it has a lot of easy recipes using what's aledary in the kitchen. You can sort the results by the nutritional info. It really helped me when I was dieting higher carbs = more energy. Counting the cals is what helped me. Hope
