6 banana hook (banana)
1/2-1/3 cassava (tapioca) cooked, cut square
150g tapioca fiber

Step 1: Soak peeled bananas in salted water for 10 minutes.

Step 5: Taste coconut milk and sugar. You can make easily first coconut syrup. Use scraped coconut meat with hot water, mix them together, wait about 5-10 minutes, then use your hand squeeze to get first coconut syrup. Cook it about 10 minutes and you will have coconut milk.
Step 6: Ladle dish out into bowls, sprinkle with peanuts and mixed sesame with salt.
