2 slices mackerel fish
1 slice pineapple
Coconut fruit
Spices: fish sauce, chili, salt, chili powder, sugar, pepper, spring onion, onion.


Step 1: Clean mackerel carefully. Marinate with 1 teaspoon salt in 30 minutes.
