This post, I will tell you one delicious dish from Vietnamese Pork recipes. It is Braised chop pork with pineapple. Chop pork meat slices are soft; cartilage parts are crispy and delicious. 400gr chop pork
1 sliced of pineapple
Spring Onion, Salt, Fish Sauce, Sugar, dried Onion.

Step 1: Slice pineapple to triangle with medium pieces. Boil water and put chop pork into pan to cook about 3 – 5 minutes.
Step 2: Then, use another pan, pour cold water and chop pork into. Cook about 15 – 20 minutes. This is an important step for making one of stunning Vietnamese Pork recipes.
Step 3: After cooked chop pork. Put them into another bowl; do not throw the water of meat. Then, put the chop pork into pan; add more dried onion, pineapple, caramel, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, and cook all of them, add a little water of meat into pan. Next, taste it again to suit with your flavor.
Add sliced pineapple into pan to cook.
Finally, you can serve it with boiled rice bowl. Add a little sliced spring onion on the face of dish to increase the flavor. Like other Vietnamese Pork recipes, you can use this dish with boiled rice in family meals.
