Deep Fried Banana Cakes (Bánh Chuối Chiên)
Today, I am really happy when I can introduce one ofEasy Vietnamese Recipesfor you guys. At market near my house, there has one street hawker always sells it and I learn its recipes for great street food chef I’ve ever knows before. She is so nice to give its tip for making it. Let us start making right now.
Ingredients:
10 fresh yellow bananas
100g rice flour
2 tablespoons wheat flour
1 chicken egg
½ liter olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons bierre
10cl water
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Process:
Step 1: Mix egg + sugar + salt then filter flour into this mixture, mix well and add more a little beer + water + baking powder slowly. Stir gently and well. Cover and wait in 1 hour.
Step 2: Peel off cover of bananas, cut in half, press gently. Now, you finished basic steps to prepare one ofEasy Vietnamese Recipes. Let us fry these cakes now.
Step 3: Heat the oil in 10 minutes. Soak one by one sliced banana into mixture in step 1, and put into pan. Fry until its faces turn brown yellow. Put on plate added paper napkin to absorb wasted oil.
Step 4: Wait for a little while, then soak one by one banana cake into mixture in step 1 again and bring to fry again. With this step, it helps to maintain its crispy longer and more delicious.
Finally, you can serve it immediately for your family and friends. As I told you, it is better when eating hot. Winter is coming soon, eating these street food cakes is freaking awesome. Hope you satisfy with one ofEasy Vietnamese Recipeslike this and Good Luck for your cooking.
