Black Bean Congee (Cháo Đậu Đen)
Black bean is sweet and has many great benefits for your liver, lung and blood. In summer, eating black bean congee or its sweet soup is the best. You can help you change the boring ways when eating in hot days. It is also really fresh. Ingredients:
100g rice
50g sticky rice
100g black bean (good quality)
Sugar, salt
Process:
Step 1: Clean well black bean, rice, sticky rice in 2 – 3 times and soak in warm water about 2 – 4 hours. Then, pour them into clay pot and add water (in 3 times the amount of rice and beans).
Step 2: Cook with small heat in 15 minutes, turn off the heat and use wood chopstick to stir gently until it is soft and smooth. Season a little salt to suit your flavor. If you love sweet, you can add more sugar into pot.

Naruwan,I have no idea how much they make. My best guess is somewhere aounrd 1500-2000 NTD per day.I don't know of any tourist tea farm. Sometimes, there are some tours that are organized by the local farmer's association. Maybe that's a place to ask
