1 loopah fruit (100 – 150g)
200g straw mushrooms or shiitake muhsrooms
Salt, spring onion, coriander, fish sauce and Maggi’s stuff.

Step 5: Then, add more sliced loopah into pan and fry until it is cooked. Season again to suit your flavor and turn off the heat.
