Step 5: Apply a little oil on your hands, use spoon to scoop a little mixture B and put on your hand. Press it thinly and add quail egg on the center. Next, cover it into circle shape. Step 6: Boil oil in small pot (to save oil). Next, add one by one grilled meat (in step 5) into pot, fry until its color turns yellow, crispy and fragrant spread out.
