Ingredients:

1kg sweet snails
Tamarind sauce – Buy Asian markets
Chili powder, sugar, salt, spring onion, chili, garlic, fish sauce.

Process:

Step 1: Clean and soak sweet snails in water added some sliced chili about 4 hours. Next, clean again and wait to dry.

Step 2: Peel off the cover of garlic, mince well. Clean spring onion, slice small. If you cannot find tamarind sauce, you can buy tamarind fruit; mix it with a little hot water. Then filter to get tamarind water.

Step 3: Heat the oil (2 – 3 teaspoons), add more minced garlic and fry until it is fragrant. Add more tamarind water into and cook until it boils. Here is the first step to create the flavor for one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes.

Step 4: Pour sweet snails into pan; add more 2 teaspoons sugar + ½ teaspoon salt + a little chili powder + 1 teaspoon fish sauce and cook until they absorb all spices.

Step 5: Cook until the tamarind sauce into pan become thick and stick around snail’s cover. Season again to suit your flavor and turn off the heat.
