This dish is called Stewed White Radish with Shrimp and Pork (Củ Cải Om Tôm Thit). This dish can become the main dish for your family meal. My mom told me that when you cook white radish with shrimp and pork, the natural sweetness from this fruit will absorb into meat and create a stunning flavor for this food.
Even you are busy person, but with this dish, you not only can make a spectacular dish for your beloved family, but also can save much cooking time for yourself. It is such a good choice, right? When you are ready, please follow our instructions below to create one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes.

150g grinded pork
200g shrimps
1 big white radish (50 – 70g)
Spring onion, purple onion, salt, fish sauce, pepper, pork broth mix.

Step 1: Peel off the cover of shrimps. Pull out the black lines on their backs. Clean carefully. Next, grind them well. Marinate shrimps and grinded pork with a little pepper + 1 teaspoon salt and wait in 15 – 20 minutes.

Step 2: Peel off the cover of white radish. Clean and slice into long pieces.

Step 3: Heat the oil (2 – 3 teaspoons), add more sliced purple onion and fry until it is fragrant. Then, add shrimp and pork into pot and fry in 7 minutes.
Step 4: Even this is one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes, but you should not neglect when cooking. Add more sliced white radish into pot + ½ bowl water (to make sure water can cover all face of white radish) + 1 teaspoon fish sauce + 1 teaspoon salt and cook in 15 – 20 minutes. White radish absorb spices really fast so you should not taste too salty.
Step 5: When white radish is soft, season again to suit your flavor. Cook more 3 minutes and turn off the heat. Sprinkle more sliced spring onion on face of dish.

Finally, you finished one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes for your family. Eating with boiled rice and hot soup is a great decision. Hope you love it and do not miss our other Easy Vietnamese Recipes next time. Good Luck for your Cooking and have a good appetite.

This is getting a bit more sicvebtuje, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're list
