Ingredients:
6 – 7 eggplants (You can choose circle or long shapes)
1 brand of spring onion
Sugar, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, chili and vegetable oil
Process:
Step 1: Clean eggplants in water added a little salt in 2 – 3 times. Then, use knife to cut gently some lines on these fruits.
Step 2: Soak them into water added salt in 15 minutes and then clean again with fresh water.
Step 3: Prepare the steaming stove. Bring all eggplants to steam about 8 – 10 minutes and put them on plate.
Step 4: Peel off the cover of ginger and garlic. Mince them with chili, sugar and mix well. Next, add more fish sauce and stir well. Its intake depends on your flavor. Even here is one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes, but you should not neglect when creating this sauce.
Step 5: Clean and slice small spring onion. Pour it on bowl, add more 1 teaspoon oil and put in microwave in 30 seconds to cook it.
