300gr Moonlight Gourami Fish Paste (Mam Ca Sac) (You can buy at Vietnamese Markets)
800gr pig bone
500gr sliced half lean half fat (pig meat)
500gr silver cobber fish, clean and cut half
500gr Fresh Squid, rub salt around squids, clean and slice into shape (4*5cm).
300gr shrimp, clean and do not peel off the cover.
2 eggplants, clean, slice small (3cm)
