200g sliced beef
Garlic, purple onion, coriander, spring onion, salt, Magi’s stuff, fish sauce
Ginger, white wine (rice wine).
Step 1: Clean well asparagus, cut off the harsh parts; slice into short pieces.
Step 2: Clean beef and marinate with ½ teaspoon salt, a little oyster oil, mix well and wait in 15 minutes.
Step 3: Clean scallop, pour a little white wine + sliced ginger and soak about 10 minutes. Then, clean again carefully.
Step 4: Heat the oil (2 – 3 teaspoons), add sliced garlic and fry until it is fragrant. Next, add more sliced beef and fry quickly in 2 – 4 minutes. Pour on clean plate.
Step 5: Use this pan again, add more a little oil, wait to hot and add scallop into pan and fry quickly with large heat. Even here is one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes, but you should not neglect when cooking.
Step 6: Next, add more sliced asparagus into pan and fry, season to suit your flavor. Do not fry too long; asparagus will not be good anymore.
Step 7: Then, add fried beef in step 4 into pan, season again to suit your flavor and turn off the heat.
Finally, you already can serve this dish for all members in family. Eating with boiled rice and hot soup is our favorite choice. Before serving, sprinkle more sliced coriander and spring onion on face of food to increase its specific flavor.
