In recent years, one popular dish appears for young Vietnamese People. They totally fall in love eating when hanging out with friends and drink iced lemon tea. I bet you can guess what it is now. Ingredients:
200gr Mozzarella Cheese
3 yolks
½ bowl flour (with proportion 1 wheat flour : ½ tapioca flour)
½ bowl bread crumb flour (Bột Chiên Xù)
Some oregano leaves to create flavor
Pepper, salt, and chili sauce.
Process:
Step 1: Cut Mozzarella cheese into long and thin pieces.
Step 2: Pour wheat and tapioca flour into plate, roll each cheese through this flour. Make sure this flour can cover all face of cheese. Roll gently to make sure they are not broken.
Step 3: Stir well yolks and continue to roll cheese in this mixture.
Step 4: Pour bread crumb flour into plate; add more salt, pepper and oregano leaves. Mix well. Once again, roll cheese sticks through this flour.
Step 5: Arrange these cheese sticks on plate and put in fridge in 3 hours. With this step, it will help you to make one of delicious Vietnamese Dessert Recipes for yourself and friends. After 3 hours, repeat the process from step 2 to step 4. Wait in 15 minute and bring to fry.
Step 6: Heat the oil (make sure oil can cover all cheese sticks). Drop gently one by one cheese stick into pan and fry until they turn brown yellow color.
