It attracts me by the flavour of grease from coconut milk and the sweet of ripe banana. It is also one of best street food ever in our beautiful country. Ingredients:
4 ripe banana fruits
1 cup tapioca starch
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Salt
3-4 drops Yellow Food Colour (Màu Thực Phẩm - Buy at Vietnamese Markets)
*** Make Coconut syrup:
1/2 can of coconut milk
Some salt + 1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon tapioca starch
Semolina
50gr Roasted sesame
Grinded peanuts
Process:
Step 1: Peeled banana, slice and then marinate with sugar about 10 minutes.

Tapioca starch + water + salt and a drop of yellow Food colour, mixed them together. Add sliced banana on it mix well and lightly to avoid banana crushed.
