Ingredients:
10 leaves green Vietnamese Dumpling (Há Cảo) – Buy at Asian Markets
1 small carrot
1 slice tofu skin – Buy at Asian Markets
1 taro
A little sliced corn seed
1 chicken egg
Salt, Magi’s stuff
Spring onion
1 teaspoon corn starch or tapioca flour
Making sauce: soya sauce, red vinegar, chili sauce, sugar
Process:
Step 1: Soak tofu skin in 15 minutes. Wait to dry and slice small.
Step 2: Peel off the cover of taro and carrot, clean and slice into small cubes.
Step 3: Mix sliced tofu skin with sliced corn seed, sliced taro, carrot, egg into clean bowl, add more 1 teaspoon salt + ½ teaspoon Magi’s stuff and corn starch. Mix well. Wait about 15 – 20 minutes to create one of stunning Vietnamese Dish Recipes.
Step 4: Put one Vietnamese dumpling leaf on your hand, scoop a little mixture in step 3 and put on center, cover it gently and carefully.
Step 5: Clean and boil quickly spring onion in hot water in 1 – 2 minutes. We usually use this onion to tie Vietnamese dumpling leaves.

Step 8: Making sauce: mix soya sauce with sugar, red vinegar and chili sauce together.
