Braised Half Lean Half Fat Pork Meat with Quail Eggs
Change boring meals is one of the best ways to keep the happiness in family, my mother always said that. So, if you want to cook, please follow instructions below carefully to create one of amzing Vietnamese Pork Recipes from us.


300gr half lean half fat pork meat
10 quail eggs
Spices: salt, sugar, fish sauce, vegetable oil, chili powder, dried purple onion, pepper.


Step 1: Boil quail eggs, then wait to cold and peel off the cover.

Step 2: Clean pork meat, slice into medium pieces. Marinate with 1 teaspoon sugar + pepper + salt. Wait about 30 – 45 minutes.
Step 3: Add 2 tablespoons sugar + 1 tablspoon water on pot, boil until its color turns brown yellow with small heat, you add dried purplr onion into pot and fry about 1 minute.  Remember, this step is really important to begin creating one of amazing Vietnamese Pork Recipes like this dish. Step 4: Add more sliced pork meat into pot, fry about 2 – 3 minutes, then add a little fish sauce, stir well and cover the pot about 5 minutes.
Step 5: Next, you add quail eggs into pot, season to suit your flavor. Always using small heat to help meat and eggs absorb all spices. If you love spicy, you can add a little chili powder into pot. Cook about 20 minutes, then turn off the heat.
