500gr Gai leaves (thorn leaves)
500gr sticky rice flour + 100gr manioc flour.
300gr mung bean (green bean) which no cover.
300gr white sugar
150gr dired meat coconut (slice small and long)
30gr white sesame
100gr pork grease
Oil + Pomelo Flower Essential Oil (Optional)
Fresh banana leaves, cut off the stalk and dry in the sun until it is brown. Cut 20*30cm


Step 1: Making crust cake:

Step 2: Cake filling:

Mashing the green bean in water for 2 hours and then crush them. Boiled the lard and then slice it into small pieces and then pour some sugar water into it.
