Green Tea with Cheese Jelly Sweet Soup: 60ml fresh milk (no sugar), 60ml whipping cream, 40g white sugar, 1 teaspoon green tea flour, 20ml warm water, 20ml warm water to mix with green tea flour, 7g gelatin flour (3 gelatin leaves), 1 tablespoon sliced almond.
Sugar syrup: 40g sugar
Lychee fruit.
Process:
Step 1: Making basic cheese jelly sweet soup: Pour gelatin into bowl.
Step 2: Add more 20ml warm water, stir until all gelatin is melted.
Step 3: Add fresh milk, whipping cream, white sugar into pot, cook with small heat until all sugar is melted.
Step 4: Pour slowly gelatin in step 2 into mixture milk in step 3, use spoon to stir gently until gelatin is melted all. Turn off the heat, and add more almond oil into pot.

Step 9: Bring almond to grill at 160 degree in 3 – 4 minutes.
