250gr grinded pork meat
½ onion
2 tablespoon bread crumb
1 teaspoon dried coriander
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ egg, stirred and added a little salt + pepper
250gr dried noodle (Shape like photo below)
1 and half bowl tomato sauce (150gr tomatoes).


Step 1: Making pork balls: Peel off the cover of onion, clean and slice into small cubes. Then, mix well it with grinded pork + bread crumb + dried coriander + stirred egg mixture +salt + pepper together. Next, separate into small balls about 2cm.

Step 2: Add oil into pan, wait to hot, next, add minced garlic and fry until it is fragrant. Add more pork balls into pan and fry until their faces turn brown yellow.

Step 3: Making tomato sauce: if you cannot buy this sauce, you can make at home to create one of amazing Vietnamese Pork Recipes. Slice small tomato, add olive oil into pan, wait to hot and add more sliced onion into small cubes until it is soft. Then, pour sliced tomato and fry, season with a little salt and sugar and a little dried coriander, cook with small heat until tomato sauce is viscid.

Step 4: Boil water added 1 teaspoon salt, next pour noodle and stir until it is soft. Then, wash into cold water immediately and wait to dry.

Step 5: Put big pan on cooking stove. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, wait to hot and then add more noodle and tomato sauce into pan and fry well until noodle absorb all tomato sauce with small heat. Next, add fried pork balls (in step 2) into pan, mix well, season again to suit your flavor. Cook more 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Finally, your dish is ready to serve. If you love cheese, you can add more sliced cheese on face of dish before eating. Sprinkle a little pepper and it can increase your dish’s flavor.     This is SO NOT Vietnamese food. At least if you make a website about Vietnamese food then do it properly rather than mixing between traditional Vietnamese with Western food. Have some respect for what called "traditional"!
